How to make something like chicken parm?

We have NO skinless/boneless chicken breasts and I really don't feel like going to the store 25 minuets away to get some. We do have some frozen chicken bone in breasts and legs. Any ideas to how I could make them into something like it? Would I just bread them the same and cook it them the same way and just tear is away from the bone before eating? Any ideas?

  • I think you could use any chicken, and i wouldn't even tear it away from the bone just serve it as is.

  • Cut the chicken breast off the bone. or use the legs and do fried chicken.
