Best non dairy/non soy milk substitute?

They all seem bad, especially when used for a latte. What do you drink that you think is okay? Thanks!

  • We really like coconut milk (not the canned stuff, I buy Silk brand) - it's thick & rich like whole milk (yum) but of course has the coconut taste. Almond milk is really good - I like unsweetened & dark chocolate, didn't care for the original & haven't tried any other varieties (also Silk brand) - but I've also not put it in drinks, just plain or on cereal or oatmeal.

  • We are going through this process right now. My hubby likes milk in his tea and when he is out of "his" milk he has to use either the soy or rice milk we have. He says they both curdle in his tea. So here is a bump cause I need to find SOMETHING he can add to his tea.
