It was 61 degrees in my house this morning.

Do you think that is cold for the inside of a house?

  • It depends on the temp outside
Here it would be because its 23 out now

  • We keep ours at 58. Just put on another layer if we get cold, and the propane bill is more affordable this way...

  • In our house at night since we are asleep anyway we keep the temperature down in the low 60's. But when we wake up it goes to 71. That seems to be perfect for me to be comfortable during the winter months.

  • I am going through menopause so that sounds great! My mom is 82 and she would freeze to death. She keeps hers in the 80's! so it depends on who and age and also, i have an alligator, turtles, birds, fish and an iguana that wouldn't like that temp so i have to keep it warmer.

  • A little chilly for my house, but only by a couple of degrees. For one of my bff's it would be a heat wave. She keeps her house at 55.

  • I keep our heat on 64 at night so it would be a little cool but I would not have minded. I would be happy leaving ours at 60 at night, but hubby gets cold.

  • We keep our house at 58 at night and when we are not home; 64 when we are home and awake.

  • I keep ours 'bout 60 at night too. I rather use blankets to keep warm. I sleep good when it's colder inside.

  • I think that's usually around where mine is. We hardly ever have the heat turned on, because my roommate is always too warm... I'm almost always chilly though.

  • No. I like to sleep with it cooler.
