Any candy you can suck on may help. As far as the "bloating", you may need to start thinking about maternity clothes. Yes!!! I needed them at 9 weeks, some use them sooner.... Clothes are just going to get tighter. BUT, it may really be bloating if you are regularly eating things with a high level of sodium (salt). Check your diet, if there isn't much salt in there, bring on the preggy clothes!
