  • Hormonal fluctuations. Sometimes an extra boost of B vitamins can help. Maybe lemon drops at school?

  • Ginger ale helps quit a bit if you can have beverages at school, and keep some saltine crackers in your locker.

  • those horrible horrible hormones. :/.

i don't want to tell you a horror story but um, here goes-i was sick all 9 months, nonstop. nothing helped.

most people aren't like me, though. they normally get some sort of reprieve, lol.

ginger tea, and peppermints helped my best friend through both pregnancy. don't waste money on the mommy pops in maternity stores.

  • The thing that helped me the best were jolly ranchers and cough drops.

  • Peppermint, saltine crackers, toast, you can also get a RX from the doctor if it is really bad.

  • Any candy you can suck on may help. As far as the "bloating", you may need to start thinking about maternity clothes. Yes!!! I needed them at 9 weeks, some use them sooner.... Clothes are just going to get tighter. BUT, it may really be bloating if you are regularly eating things with a high level of sodium (salt). Check your diet, if there isn't much salt in there, bring on the preggy clothes!
