  • lazy boy peach cobbler
    1 cup self-rising flour
    1 cup sugar
    3/4 cup of milk
    1 can sliced peaches
    1 tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 350. Put butter in bottom of casserole dish, place in oven to melt butter. While butter is melting, Sift together flour and sugar, then add milk slowly while stirring, you want it to resemble pancake batter. Take dish out of oven, pour batter into dish, then add peaches (do not drain). Do NOT stir. Place back in oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve warm. Also taste great with ice cream. You can also replace peaches with fruit of your choice, except apples or pears. The batter doesn't rise over the apples very well.
