  • veeeeeeeeeery slowly. Youve been hurt and you probably dont trust anyone or at least a man. concentrate on you and your kids, then concentrate on a relationship. but move slowly and dont rush anything. good luck!

  • and sometimes have to take one hour at a time
allow yourself to feel the pain, but put a timelimit on, when you have time alone, tell yourself you will think about it, feel about it, cry about it...for 45 minutes (drive to work for example) and then put it aside until the nest day, allow the pain, but do not allow it to take over you

also, imagine a past hurt, you got over, remember how huge it was way back when, feel how strong you were to get over it and know you will get over this too. imagine your life in 6 months from now, or a year, simple things you enjoy

and enjoy every moment with your kids

it gets better, i am on month 5, almost 6 months, some tears once in a while still, but for loss what i thought i had, not what i did have

  • Well in any relationship their will be hurt either by you or him. If you honestly love him then you will have to work it out. Sometimes we say things we don't mean or do stupid things and regret it later.
LOVE is the key that will pull you through and beleive it PRAYER....
