  • I heard on the radio to try on your swimsuit now. That will give you a visual image of what you don't want to look like come summer time..

  • Make a list of reasons why you want to lose weight, and post it where you read it every day. Mentally start your workout. Imagine yourself going through the motions of your workout. You'll find your body warming up as you do this, if you do it right!
