My husband is much more attractive than me. I'm pretty attractive, but two kids has left me with a not so perfect figure, about 150 pounds. I'm working on it. I feel like sometimes he and his family look down on me. They hardly say anything, i just feel it. I have a pretty face, i just need to work on my weight. and my frizzy hair's always falling out due to breastfeeding. I could really use some tips on boosting my self esteem. I'm so stressed and feel like nothing.

I agree with the prev posts, walking and exercising releases endorphins, they are the "feel good" hormones. Try not to think negative about yourself, and don't try to over analyse what other's may be feeling or thinking. Live your life ~ with your family, work on getting some daily exercise in and make wonderful happy memories with your children.
