Baby Swim lessons

I enrolled my nine and a half old baby and I into some baby swim lessons. My question is, Do I need to buy anything besides swim diaper for the baby?

  • I don't think you need anything else. I did baby swim lessons with my daughter when she was about that age and you just hold the baby and do different activities in the water with them. There really isn't a need to buy any floaties or life vests at that age.

  • I would purchase the vest.  The arm floaties, if you've ever used them, don't work.  I tried that last year for my kids, that's a no go.  It does not stop their head from going under.  The vests do.
