So, my 12 year old stepson asked me last night if the baby can get allergies while in the womb? I was like wow, good question, I have no idea! I will have to find out. So now, I'm really curious if anyone knows-can a baby in the womb have allergies?

  • I agree with the other they can not until after birth, There is an argument if mom eats too much peanut butter, or too many strawberries, baby will develop an allergy to these, but I don't necessarily agree with this. I've just heard the argument, but that's as close to womb allergies as the baby is going to get.
