If someone served their spouse with divorce papers, would their address be on the papers themselves? So the served spouse could conceivably find them? (assuming there is no abuse or stalking or any reason not to have them)

Not sure about every state, but in CA. they are not unless the person who filed listed themselves as "pro-per" and put their address on them.
