What is your daily schedule like with your child/children?

My son is 10 months old, and is getting over being sick after getting RSV. I am trying to put him back on a schedule and having no luck...

  • DS wakes up around 8 am, he's 2.5 yrs old. I get him his breakfast and turn on his cartoons. He watches them for a while then goes and plays with his toys. I give him lunch around 12pm, he takes a nap at 2pm. Dinner is at 6pm. After dinner he watches more cartoons and plays. 7:30pm we start getting ready for bed, brush teeth, wash face, put on jammies, clean room, then in bed by 8pm.

  • Mine were taking two naps at this age. A certain number of hours after getting up they were obviously tired and that would be the first nap time. Then similar tiredness after lunch time would be the second nap. And simialrly for bedtime at night. They were sleeping 12 hours a night by this time. GL!!
