  • Yes. I cannot sleep if it's too warm. My son and I both have asthma and if it's too warm breathing is harder.

  • We keep it 60 degrees year round.

  • Yup, I can't sleep if I am hot!

  • No. I can't sleep if I am cold. The heat is set at 75 all winter and the ac is set on 80.

  • I have my AC on now since it was 80 something today, but regardless of the time of year, I have a fan blowing on me at all times to keep the air circulating around me. It's even better with a ceiling fan too.

  • I sleep better when its cool in the house

Answer by Onmyown2727 at 11:42 PM on Feb. 28, 2011

  • I can't stand for it to be hot when I try to go to sleep. I like to keep it 60-65 at night and then I can sleep much better. Not to mention if my feet are hot, it just makes it worse.

  • No. I have to be warm. The temp in the house is 70 and then I sleep with an electric blanket on. If I get cold I end up in alot of pain through my whole body.
