What do people like better Nutrisystem or Jenny Craig?

I tried the HCG diet and it made me very week with a horrible headache. I'm thinking about trying either Nurtisystem or Jenny Craig but I don't know which one is better. I need someone else to make my food for me otherwise I eat all the time what ever I want and it's starting to catch up with me. Any advice?

  • How about eating well, and being active. I never needed a fad diet to lose weight- hell, I lost 100 lbs after my dd. Lifestyle changes work, diets don't.

  • Weight Watchers. It's lifestyle changes not a diet.

  • Nurtisystem is better cause they send a menu plan and u pick out what food u like and they work with that. Its alot easier to get food sent to u then u getting the stuff at a grocery store and get tempted. Or at least I did, I confess I have no will power!

  • I think jenny craig's food tastes better, but in the end, you have to learn how to eat regular food and stay healthy and slim, so why not do it from the beginning?

  • If you don't learn how to cook your own meals and cut back on your portions you will have to stay on which ever you choose if you want to keep the weight off.
