I've always eaten pretty healthy, but lately I have been eating even healthier. Never before did I have issues with fibrous foods or cruciferous vegetables. Well, lately, Man oh man! I get terrible gas. What's worse is everything I read says to avoid these foods, but these are the main foods that I like and are super healthy. I am trying beano and it seems to work sometimes, but I actually avoid certain foods on days when I know I'll be in public (especially on days that I have class--how embarrassing would that be?) Anyway, it's really awful like rotten egg smelling. Does anyone have any good home remedies?
