i havent been able to sleep for the past week. i just lay in bed for awhile, fall asleep, then wake up not even an hr later, toss and turn, fall back asleep and do it all over again about 3-5times a night. is not being able to sleep normal in pregnancy? im 8weeks tomorrow. i have school so i get up at 5:30am and dont get home til 2pm. i havent been able to get a home map when i get home. so ive been getting like 4-6hrs every night. Its kinda stressing. me out cause i get to school at 6:45 and its like im wide awake. any advice on what to do?
Also, is it normal to feel a tenderness or discomfort when someone leans in and accidently puts a weight on your belly? will the sleeping get any better? how long does it usually last? and anything i can do to help sleep at night?
