Diet

Any suggestions for a diet pill/ appetite suppressant? im 43 and stuck the weight wont budge.

  • I absolutely love metabolife and alli. Make sure you talk to your doc though, because they affect everyone differently.

  • None of them will help you lose weight permanently. It might be time to start keeping a food journal and measure portions, and then evaluate your diet to see where you can make cuts. Are you eating processed foods? Those should be one of the first things to go.

  • I do not like diet pills at all. Eating healthy and exercising are the ways I loes weight.

  • Neither, they won't work. Increase your exercise, decrease your calories, eat a good balance of protein/fiber/good carbs/good fat and take a multi vitamin.

  • I cant recommend any diet pill. I think just exercise, cut out the junk food and drink water.

  • I would recommend exercise, increased water and decreased calorie intake. "Diet pills" can be dangerous.
