Should I do slim fast or weight watchers?

I only want to lose about 5-10 pounds and I am having so much trouble losing just 1 ounce of it! I can not diet! It is so hard for me, I know that is crazy and I do have motivation, I do eat healthy but due to my husbands crazy work schedule, we end up eating on most night around 10:30 at night, I know that is a huge no-no lol
Does anyone have any tips? I am not overweight, just not completely satisfied with the way I look and need some tips!

  • Weight watchers, it is much healthier for you and if you follow it, trust me you do lose the weight.

    I find if my jeans are getting a little snug time too slow down on my eating habits. :) just a thought.

  • Weight Watchers. Slim fast doesn't teach you how to eat and once you stop using it, you will gain it back.

  • I'm a huge fitness/nutrition buff and I vote for weight watchers. Slim fast is full of nasty ingredients. Read the list and you will be amazed at how many chemicals are squeezed into that little can.

  • Try eating more raw vegetables, vitamin C and take fish oil pills
