Is it weird to serve

a salad or cup up fresh veggies with burgers and fries?

If you think so, what other "side" would you suggest?

  • Potato Salad - it can be made "light" with lowfat mayo.
    Beans (baked)
    Chips (a duh)
We do cut veggies and dip as the appetizer all the time.

  • Especially with burgers and fries, you need some veggies. I personally go with the salad.

  • I think those are great sides. If you are doing it to be healthy, you can also try turkey burgers with wheat buns. They are really good!

  • I have done that a lot and I end up eating more salad than burger.

  • I'm doing beef burgers tonight because I usually do turkey and just wanted "regular" burgers tonight.
