What is the most weight you've ever lost, and how did you lose it?

  • I lost 14 lb over a period of 12 weeks. Ate less overall, ate more salads and veggies, exercised a little more by doing dance steps while doing housework, less sitting at work, and walking more.

  • When my oldest was 8 months old, I went on Weight Watchers and lost 45 pounds in about 4 months.

  • 57 lbs... eating well, counting calories, working out intensely 6 days per week,& weighing out my food. I started on 12.4.09 at 5'1", 167 lbs and a size 12. Within 9 months, ( Sept. 2010), I had lost 57 lbs and gone down to 110 lbs and a size 0. I have lost almost 50" off my body as well.

  • As a teen, I once lost 50 pounds. I was anorexic and did it by not eating for days at a time.

  • lost about 60 lbs- by counting calories- started with 1800 a day then dropped it to about 1500 avg and was working full time cleaning offices
    the last 6 months. I never worried about counting od days when there were parties or bbq'as or whatnot, and always had a small dessert type thing every night- so it really wasn't that hard- it took like a year and a half or so to lose-
    and it took about that long to put back on even though I SWORE I would never get fat again *sigh* (depression and lonliness on top ob being broke SUCKS!)

  • i lost about 50 pounds when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I adjusted my diet and worked out. I did the Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds videos

  • before I got pregnant, I went from 167lbs to 135lbs within 8 months, I was training to become a cop, I was runing everyday and eating better and drinking more water. I didn't cut out sweets or cut down on sode just added more better foods.

    Anyways my body thought prefect time to get pregnant and stopped me going to be a cop and I became a mommy, who now weighs like 190lbs and for the life of me cant find the energy to start running again.
