How many times a day do you do it?

Eat, that is? :-) I'm one of those who needs to eat a small meal every few hours, but it's such a pain.

  • I am one of those "drink coffee all day then eat one big meal at night" kind of people.

    I am currently taking steps to change that because it's horrible and unhealthy and if I want my kids to have good eating habits then I need to show them how.

    What if you prepare you daily meals all at one time and then just reheat them? Make them the night before or in the morning and then take them out of the fridge as needed?

  • I want to eat better but I get so busy I forget to eat. small meals every few hours feels so much better but if you aren't organized - forget it, doesn't happen.

  • I eat breakfast, and try to get a good healthy low fat one. Then I might snack on fruit. My rule of thumb is after breakfast nothing BUT fruit snow snacks. Lunch happens around 1pm, dinner around 6.

  • I am liquids only til about 2 or 3pm. Then a meal.... and a snack or 2 later on and my BIG meal of the day is about 11pm (when husband comes home from work)

  • I eat 4-5 times a day, and about 1300 calories a day
