    not much since I have like NO motivation to DO it at the moment...bleh

  • I work out at my gym and just try to eat sensibly. I don't starve myself nor do I believe in any of these "fast weight loss diets" or diet pills. I don't believe in dieting...I believe in healthy lifestyle. Yes, you can eat sweets...but only in moderation. Drink lots and lots of water, eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Limit refined carbohydrates (sweets, white breads, white rices).
