How do I do an at home facial?

I have normal skin that tends to be a little dry but is prone to pimples around chin and cheeks. I wash nightly, exfoliate 2x/week, use a toner with sallicylic acid, a nighttime moisturizer at night, and a normal one during the day.

I am thinking:
mask (egg white and yogurt)

Anything else I should add?

  • You do not need to go to a spa, Dr. Oz had a show recently that identified your skin so you can do a special regime at home. I LOVE DR. OZ! Go tohis website & look up that show & it will help .

re read my answer to this post.

also its best to go to a facial spa and have them do it. the can identify your skin type and condition  first..

and without going you won't realize what a true facial really is.  sure you can do a mask at home, but that is in no way compared to the experience you'll recieve at the spa. (if money is an issue, try a local beauty school who offers spa services.)
