  • you can bbq it or bake it or cut it up and stir fry it with vegetables or for tacos, if you had more time i would suggest the crockpot for 4-8 hours on low with whatever you like, my favorite is peanut chicken with soy sauce and peanut butter. mmm

  • I try and keep an extra jar of spaghetti sauce for the chicken on hand. Or just cook season the chicken.then after cooking it on top of the stove, srinkle with some herbs fresh or dried. And last but not least ....shake and bake. Never run out of that.

  • You could cut it, egg wash and bread it and make chicken fingers,

  •  I love this marinade.. I just broil the chicken on high for 4 min per side.

  • Here is another. Mix parmesan cheese and plain bread crumbs ( 1/2&1/2) .. coat chicken.. saute in a couple of tablespoons olive oil.. when finished with cooking chicken add 1 more Tbsp olive oil to pan, deglaze the pan with 1/4 cup white wine and 2 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice.. ( double if more then 1 1/2 lb chicken) Let wine and lemon cook on high for about a minute, you'll see it turn a golden color.. then drizzle over chicken. I make this over rice or buttery egg noodles.  Real simple with great flavor.

  • taco seasoning, salsa, rice, cheese, and (opt),
roll chicken tenders or breast into taco season place in baking dish and dump salsa on top to cover each piece of chicken. cover with foil and bake on 375 till chicken is don 20 to 30 min, depends on how thick chicken is. about 15 min before chicken is ready to come out cook white or brown which ever u like and also make corn if u want. when chicken is cooked all the way thru sprinkle cheese i use shredded chedder cheese on top and place back in oven to melt cheese. I mix all together and make like a stirfry but u could also eat separatly. YUM!!!!!! had it tonight.
