  • I put up a Mardi Gras tree, green lights, beads, masks that my grandson and I made...
we get some Ponchikis and I am making several King Breads... 2 for my grandson to
take to school and share and one for home...

  • I do, but I am Catholic, and Mardi Gras is Fat Tuesday, the day before Ash Wednesday which marks the beginning of Lent and and is a day of fast....On Mardi Gras, I cook wonderful food as a last hurrah before the Lenten season...Is that what you were referring to? I also know that there are some pretty wild Mardi Gras celebrations out there, but that's not quite what we do....

  • We celebrate it as Shrove Tuesday or Pancake Tuesday. Like Anna92464, we're also Catholic. We don't do much other than have a big dinner with a breakfast theme and maybe throw up some decorations, but it's a fun night at our house! It's a great way to welcome the disciplines of Lent.

  • LOL, No. My Grandmother would probably jump out of her grave and beat me senseless if I did. :)
