What do these symptoms sound like: Post Mirena Removal, Ovulation or Possible Early Pregnancy? adult content

The Basics:
BC - Depo Shot 2003-2007; Mirena 2007-2011. Mirena removed 2/15.
DTD - 2/14, 2/19-2/21, 2/27 and 2/28.

The symptoms:
Extreme fatigue, food aversions, nausea, lightheaded, dizziness, bloated, and the most annoying - lower back pain. Nausea started 2/19 and has been on and off since. Fatigue started around 2/23 and is consistent each day. Food aversions started 2/19.

Other details:
Using OPK since 2/21. All negative - so I dont think this is ovulation.
No AF yet or post removal bleeding. Just a few hours of spotting on 2/22 when I wiped.

  • i'd go with the removal of the Mirena.

  • Im going with what the PP said as i am going thru the same thing and i had my iud removed in nov.
