  • More than likely it is because you are tired. I know that I want to eat more when I'm not well rested. And what do I want to eat? Stuff that tastes really good and gives quick energy but isn't really good for me. With my last baby I couldn't have chocolate (made him sick) so I would stick my nose in the chocolate bag and inhaled deeply. It helped a lot.

  • I have a 2 1/2 yr old, and i still crave the sweets.... LOL

  • Probably because the craving had nothing to do with the pregnancy.

  • Your body is going to be all weird for awhile after having your baby. Like another mom said maybe its the energy you want from them. But also carbs are easy to crave.

  • I think we all have strange cravings and hormones cause all kinds of weird things to happen. Just try to find some healthy low cal options for sweets and treats that won't blow your diet.

  • You ever hear that saying "you always want what you can't have"? A small piece of cake isn't going to keep you from losing weight. Just remember, everything in moderation.
