Im breastfeeding how can i loose weight?

I just had a baby 2 months ago i am breast feeding but boy do i get hungry all the time... help need to loose the weight to be good

  • Try eating healthier things like instead of chips try carrots lightly salted! And go for walks pushing your child! if outside isn't a choice try a local mall! You should start losing weight! Remember water is your best friend! Also, enjoy your baby it goes fast!!

  • Its normal to eat more when breastfeeding, but its what you eat that counts. Good luck, I found it hard.

  • Make sure you are getting plenty of whole foods, fruits, veggies and healthy lean proteins, walking and yoga are great for burning calories and toning and are things you can do with baby.
