Can i take my antidepressant at night?

I find it easier to remember meds at night, does it matter whether i take it in the morning, or can i take it before bed?

  • typically depends on medication. some are fast acting which means you take them more when needed. most depressents though are slow acting so yes you can take them at night. look up yours and see if long or fast acting

  • Isn't that celexa? I was on that for about a yr, and I found it hard to go to sleep when I took it at night, but then thats just me, could be different with u. As for remembering when to take it, I use my cellphone alarm to go off every day and that also will keep a constant supply in your body. Its important to do that with celexa so it works better for me to do that way.
