  • I packed 2 pairs yoga pants, a few tanks, nursing bra, underwear, pads, a hoodie, nightgown & robe, socks, slippers, makeup bag, hair straightener, my purse (with all other things like camera, cell, etc)

For him, 3 outfits, cause I couldn't choose which outfit to bring him home in, and socks, blankets, a stuffed animal we bought for him. We didn't bring clothes for each day he was there because they said they like to keep them in their long sleeve shirts since they get checked by the Dr so much.

  • I took 2 night gowns, a robe, my iPod and player, Recharge (natural gatorade type drink), yogurt, granola bars, baby clothes, car seat etc. I had my son at a freestanding birth center, so it'd be different if you were birthing at a hospital..
