Temps and progesterone

Are BBT's directly linked to your progesterone levels? I never have very high temps (even when I was pregnant they were between 95.5 and 96.7 F and my progesterone levels were checked when I was only 2 weeks pregnant and they were at 56 which was excellent! I wonder if as my pregnancy progressed and I did see my temps go lower for the next week (and then I stopped temping) could my progesterone levels have dropped possibly leading to my most recent m/c?

  • Progesterone does make your temps go higher and a sign of low progesterone could be a low BBT. This is not always the case, but it can be related.
