What are good sources of calcium that are not dairy based?

Although we might be seeing a turn around, my daughter is on a no dairy kick. There's no rhyme or reason for it, she just cycles. Any alternative sources of calcium we should look at? She doesn't do orange juice or I'd go for that. I'd rather that it was a food source than a supplement.

  • Almonds are a great source, salmon, soy, spinach, kale, okra, beets, trout, crab, baked beans, black eye peas, firm tofu, Chinese cabbage.
