  • Well my first thought is school probably doesn't start until Aug/Sept right? And it's only March, so there's really no need to panic at this point. Mastering the potty is something when done at the right time happens very quickly. Children that struggle often don't have mature enough parts and there's nothing they can do about that. Be consistent, pick a method and stick with it for 3-4 weeks before throwing in the towel and saying it doesn't work. You'd be smart to pick a weekend/2-3 weekdays that you're at home A LOT, and just dive head first. Making a child who is potty training run errands all day everyday is just going to add to the accident count and make for a lot of stress. And finally, stop worrying about school. It's several months away and I fully believe by 3.5 your son will be going potty independently on the toilet. It just takes patience. GL
