Have you noticed either your food or drink affecting your breastmilk and then your baby?

Wondering mainly about caffeine.

I know I shouldnt but I do drink a good bit of caffeine. I am addicted.

My baby girl (4 weeks old) doesnt sleep well and is fussy a lot

I started today...NO DRINKS only see if this would help her.

NO BASHING....we all have our faults.

Just wondering if you saw a difference in your baby.

  • I drink one or two cups of coffee a day and i dont see any changes in my baby. I also drank coffee with every pregnancy i just did it in moderation. The think that bothered my boys was gassy foods such as broccoli and brussel sprouts along with green peppers. I had to stay away from those foods while i was nursing.
