Does brushing hair really stimulate it to grow?

  • Yes it does. Learned it in cosmo school. It stimulates blood flow, which stimulates hair growth.

  • Musicmom is right. Plus, you need to keep the ends trimmed. I trim mine every quarter on the waxing moon to help it grow. If you want to keep the same style and length, cut it between the full and new moon.
