  • Oh, and I mean the chicken salad with miracle whip or whatever.  But you could always throw it on top of a salad too!  On my chicken salad I like to add miracle whip and tomatos and cheese and throw it on some tortillas.

  • chicken wraps, put diced chicken, spinach, peppers, mushrooms and cheese..or whever you want and a dressing of choice

  • I shred it up with fajita seasoning, black beans, tomatoes and green chili's. chives, and corn in my food process and then roll it up in egg roll wrappers and fry them. I then mix salsa and sour cream to dip them in

  • Our family's favorite is cream chicken buns. Shred/chop the chicken, add cream of chicken soup and whatever seasonings you feel necessary, heat through, and serve on buns with a big side salad.

    Or pizza - bbq or alfredo chicken pizza. Yum.
