  • Keep a food and work out journal. Get a calendar and create a workout schedule and commit to it. Set up cardio and weight sessions with goals in mind and plan for sucess. That's all I have.

  • follow the food pyramid, but allow for one serving of a sweet or a food you crave....serving size as shown on the nutrition lable.

  • opps hit enter to soon...if you allow for a craving food when ever you crave it, you will be less likely to over eat when you get that certain food. your body usually craves something when its missing some sort of vitamin, mineral, ect that it needs. Oh and carb counting is great and all but remember carbs are what helps give you energy to do stuff!
