Has anyone had any problems getting pregnant after using the implanon birth control? I've had it for 3 years and am getting it removed very soon and have heard that there has been difficulties after removal. I guess I really just need reassurance that I didnt make the wrong choice in bc.

  • ive heard it can take anywhere from 6 months to a year to be able to conceive once its removed. but ive never tried this method so im not an expert, ask your doctor he/she would know best. i use the depo shot because i know that i will want another baby soon and you can get pregnant immediately after stopping the shot.

  • Definitely talk to your doctor. A pharmacist might know as well.
