Wat cant i eat while im pregnant?

im only 17 and idk stuff about pregnancy much . and im prego now so yeah hope you ppl can gv me good answers

  • You can eat pretty much anything except shellfish. Just cut down on any junk you might want to eat and try to eat more fruit, veggies and meat (or peanut butter) for protein. Drink lots of water and milk. You should be fine.

  • It's not bad to eat, but especially as you get further in your pregnancy it may start to cause some serious heartburn! It depends on the person. I love hot stuff but definitely had to stay away from it when I was pregnant.

  • Eat a healthy balanced diet of protein, vegetables, fruits and whole grains. Drink lots of milk and water. Hot sauce may cause heartburn, but that would be the only problem. If it doesn't cause it, then keep on.

  • It is everyone's choice what they want to eat or not eat, but some other things they recommend avoiding are hot dogs, deli meats, caffeine, and artifical sweetners.
