  • Babies can sense if you are tense or uneasy so stop go out of the room and take a deep breath! Make sure youve covered all the basics, being fed, diapers changed, burped if youve done all that make sure they are in a quiet enviorment, lights dim nothing startling them,I feel for you having 2 is much more demanding than one especially if they both are being fussy. • If you've done all you can RIGHT NOW then take a Mommy Time Out. Make sure they're safe somewhere and go sit in your room or another quiet place in your house and BREATHE! When you feel like you've got yourself under control again go back and try to help your little ones. They will be fine for the 5 minutes or so you need to get your head back on straight.

  • Having twins myself, I know how hard it is when they become fussy at the same time...like others have said...cover your basics..diapers.feeding and if that still doesn't work...dim the lights put on some soft music...some lullabies would be great and just rub their backs or bellies...good luck honey....just count to 10...even 20 if necessary

  • I always tell myself, "they can't cry forever" that helps me sometimes.
walking away might help. If youre doing everything you can, it wont' hurt them if you take a few minutes to breathe.
when my twins were little babies we always had "naked time" where I would let them lay/scoot/crawl on a blanket on the floor without clothes (just a diaper) they loved not having clothes on.
Theyre 18 months now and we still "get naked" from time to time when theyre super cranky. something about running around in a diaper... haha
    bubbles sometimes does it.
baths are a big thing with my boys.

try making a list of things do to when theyre fussy so when youre overwhelmed you can go right to the list, that might make it less stressful because then you won't have to think hard about what to do.
    good luck

  • Have you taken them to see the dr? Do they have runny noses? If they do then they could have ear infections, could be teething, do they have regular bowels? Go through the gamit of medical reasons that could cause your babies to get fussy. Hopefully it is an easy fix.

    Good luck!!
