  • Well, you are only 5 months past having a baby! You may be considered overweight but you had a baby and need to give yourself some time to get back to pre baby weight. I was always told, it took close to a year to gain the weight, it will take that to get it off. Try working out some and watching what you eat a little and I am sure you will be fine!

  • Yes, to be only 5 feet tall 153 lbs is too much. I'm 5'2" and am 120 now - my baby is 7 months old, but I only gained 15 lbs with her. I was 108 when I got pregnant with my 1st at 23, I'm now 37 and after I'm done breastfeeding will be losing another 5 lbs to get back to 115.
Just try to eat healthier. It's almost spring - great time to take baby out for long walks in the stroller and just generally be more active! It may take a little time and some work, but you can get back to pre baby, or close to it anyway.

  • Concentrate on eating healthy foods and get out and take the baby for a walk every day. You will feel better and lose weight in the process.

  • You just had a baby. It's going to take time to lose your pregnancy weight.
