How often do you work out and for how long?

  • 5 days a week depends on what i'm doing for time. im going start trying to workout on weekends too

  • I work out everyday except Sundays and at the gym I am there for about an hour and on Saturdays I go for long distance walking with hubby which takes us about and hour and a half.

  • I don't - but I plan to finally make my health and body a priority when this MN snow melts.. I am going to start running, I am a recent ex smoker with asthma so I have to build my heart and lungs up strength wise and then I hope to be a work out addict one day

  • I usually work out 3 or 4 days a week, for at least a half hour.
