Do you eat duck eggs? How do you cook them? Do they taste different from chicken eggs?

I'm not a farm girl, and I hate the free-range eggs my mom gets - I really don't have any desire to use/eat the chicken eggs DH has gathered this week - and I absolutely refuse to eat the duck eggs! But I want to know, lol - I will cook them for DH if I have to but I won't even taste them!

  • Duck eggs are delicious, and I've only ever had them free range. I can't wait until I can have my own chickens so I don't have to eat the tasteless, four month old eggs we buy at the store. Duck eggs taste meatier than chicken eggs. More like steak than egg, if you cook them just right. Yummy!

  • I guess you could boil them.

I know a lot of people are all about having their own chickens but I just think chickens are dirty lol. '

I've had raw quail eggs. They were pretty tasty.
