Stand up against facing the wall, do some squats. And think extremely hard " GET INTO POSITION"!~

That made no freaking sense, lol. Stand up against the wall AND face it. It will help you balance, lol. NO I have not been drinking.

With my first born, they thought he was sideways up until I got in for my sonogram. I remember trying to "will" him to be head down, lol!
