  • So what is the question, do you think she's too young or something? I got contact lenses when I was 11, never had any issues with them.

  • It's different for everybody... And there are different kinds of lenses. My brother got lenses around the same age, and his eyes would be red and itchy all the time. But switching to a different kind of lens fixed that. It also depends on if she's responsible enough to clean them (unless you get the one a day kind).

  • I got them when I was 13. And they are much easier now. I know kids younger than that that do fine with it. You can get disposable lenses, so if she loses one or tears one it isn't a big deal.
