Rubber and acrylic stamp collecting

Looking for a fairly inexpensive way to purchase some rubber and/or acrylic stamps for card making and scrapbooking. Can't afford to pay too much for them but would love to start doing this as a hobby. Any ideas on where to find them pretty cheap?

  • I've found some really inexpensive ones on ebay.
JoAnn's fabrics has some of the clear ones for $1. They are called Studio G Stamps. They also sell bigger sets for less than $10.
Hobby Lobby also has some cute sets.

  • You can also go to a toy store and get sets. They might have these set at any craft store. The toy store I work at had set where there where letter, number, animals and different shapes.

  • You can sign up for an email newsletter at and they will email you coupons every week. Plus they have $1 bins where the stamps are $1 each.

You might have some luck in thrift stores. My mom finds all sorts of craft stuff there.
