  • Yes, he's using it as a way to belittle your feelings, and dismiss you. That's disrespectful to say to your spouse.

  • It really depends, are you whining? If he is doing it to just shut you up, yes it's disrespectful. If he is doing it because you are whining, then no.

  • Is he referring to you? It would definitely be disrespectful to say that to your spouse. If he whines, call him on it and see how he reacts.

  • What is a less whinier way to express my anger that I have to reload the dishwasher and run it again because all the dishes did not get clean for the hundredth time and I have already told everyone the correct way to load the machine.
