What are some really good exercises when you have 2 chidren(4 and 2)?

  • I have a daycare and the children range in age from 18 months to 6. I take them on a walk everyday. The littlest ones go in a stroller and the older ones like to run along. If the oldest don't want to run/walk along side then they are allowed to ride their bikes or drive our Barbie jeep.
    I also got up early when my older girls were small for aerobics but it had to be when they were still sleeping.

  • walking and pilates. i have an almost 4 year old girl and a 19 month old girl and they enjoy trying to do it with me:)

  • work-out videos with squats,arm movements and what not, they think is a dance. Walking outside other then that I workout before they get up or when they go to bed. Love going up and down the stairs.
