  • All the time! Usually with child in tow, but we do do stuff together all the time. Shopping, dinner, just hanging out - both my mom and my mother in law spend a lot of time with us. We'd do the same stuff with Dad - plus fishing, hiking, camping, etc - if only he lived closer to us or vice versa.

  • Sometimes my mom comes with us to places because she likes to spend time with us and our daughter, but I almost never see my dad anymore. He has more imprtant priorities I guess. We go out with my mother in law a lot though.

  • I wish I could do more with them. Unfortunately, they live in CA, and I'm in MA.

  • I live 2 hours away from my mom, but we spend 1 week with her in the summer, just me and the kids and we have a great time. I go see my mom at least once a month during the spring -summer and fall. Sometimes w/my husband sometimes with out. He would rather stay home though.
