  • See if there is a place in your area that does car seat checks. Often the police are trained. My twins stayed rearward facing until they were almost 2. IMHO, 12 months is too young for a foreword facing seat. In Sweden, the law is 4 years and they have the lowest injury rates for kids.

There has to be something on the seat to adjust the incline. Did you call Graco?

  • There should be a way to adjust it... but like JSD24 said the police station or fire station they should be able to do it

  • If its the same one I have there are grey plastic things at the bottom that need to be flipped out I believe. I still rear face my almost 2 year old but I remember reading it in the manual.

  • yes it has the plastic things, i flipped those out already. It just seems like the seat itself is wrong, hes almost at a 90 degree angle. he can't even see past the sides of the seat and he can't reach the cup holders either, its like something must be wrong! i have looked over the whole seat a million times thou.
